Ballance AB Bund Upgrade

Bishop was engaged to repair the foundations and resurface a large secondary containment bund in Ballance Agrifeeds and Nutrients

The bund was host to 2 primary containment tanks storing 98% Sulphuric Acid.

Extensive repairs and resurfacing was required to ensure the bund area met standard and compliance.

Sufficient preparation was carried out and specialised repair systems were adopted including high build mortars, levelling screeds, epoxy bonding products and Engineered concrete overlay screeds.
