Gisborne Pools Waterproofing

Bishops were called in by Gisborne District Council to reset and waterproof some of the pool structures.

There was significant water loss due to construction joint failure so the pools were taken out of use to remediate the issues.

Some of the systems required were:

- Sika Combiflex SG bandage

- Sikadur epoxy repair mortars and grouts

- Sika cementitious grouts

- Sika Monotop repair systems

- Sikagard Epoxy cements..

- Sikaflex sealants

The pools were re tested for leaking, signed off and recommissioned in time for the season
