Simone Hunter

Simone joined Bishops July 2021 taking on the challenging role of compliance. With a background in the Healthcare Industry, she learned the importance of following strict processes and procedures and has adapted this knowledge to the construction industry. Her role with Bishops is to ensure the business meets its obligations in both statutory compliance and health and safety with the added challenge of managing human resources.

She has a passion for people development and continuous improvement and believe that the practice of making incremental changes to the business will improve efficiency and quality. Simone has been key in developing policies and procedures for the business operations and has also had a big part in leading health and safety culture in the business
